Do 10ths of a Degree Matter?

In my view, no, other than as talking points to people to yell at each other.
Assumming that the global temperature…
- actually has any meaning given all the regional variation, and
- is something that actually can be measured, and
- that we have the technology to do it accurately, and
- that we actually are doing it accurately…
can we pick out changes coming about from a .1 degree change? Does the world care about .1 degree?
Willis at WUWT runs with the topic and says, “no.” Where’s the climate Beef?
